    Today our order said it would be ready at 6:50. Knowing they are usually late here I arrived at 7.

    10 min later here we sit nearly double time of what was projected. It's 20 wings. This is a wing place that is approx 1/3 full. Doesn't compute.

    Two weeks ago we came in around 45 min to closing time after a charity event. Starving.
    The bartender looked at her watch and asked how we got in the door.

    Hi, yes, we are having a great night thanks for asking......

    Ummm we walked in? Sign says open till midnight. "It should have been locked, we closing".

    Noted.

    I guess this will be our last stop.

    2 stars because at least the wings *should* be good.

    You would think a restaurant attached to one of the area's top tourist attractions would be busy and a great place to dine, especially for visitors.  Sad to say BBW was a disappointment.

    As other reviews have mentioned the service is incredibly slow.  Not "busy restaurant hustling to serve you" slow, but "what the heck is taking so long?" slow.

    I ordered the buffalo mac & cheese with sweet tea.  Once it arrived I did enjoy the dish.  The aged cheddar and panko topping was a unique twist, as was the garlic toast with a touch of pepper.  It was topped with barbeque flavored boneless chicken.

    This place will have you waiting forever for your order. Even orders that were previously ordered online.

    Unless you have time to kill, don't bother.

    If you are a sports fan, particularly if you like to watch the big game with a crowd, come to the NASCAR Hall of Fame Buffalo Wild Wings. Lots of wings and local beers along with a full bar and electronic Tavern games. Uptown parking can be a bit tricky sometimes. Ceegee is the astounding waitress who takes care of the poker players Monday evenings at 7 and 9:30. Why not come play the free game?

    Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Several people walked past us when we arrived without offering to take us to a table. The place was not even crowded. When we finally sat down and ordered drink they ended up sitting at the bar for over 10 minutes because the waiter was too busy hitting on the girls at another table.
